This beautiful, newly-built home was designed with a flexible vision of what it would become: will it be a long-term rental? An AirBnB? A future family home? Regardless of how these out-of-town clients choose to use this gem of an investment property, they wanted the space to feel modern and minimalist while feeling inviting and able to be easily styled by lives there.

I developed design plans for each area of this home, from the kitchens and bathrooms to the lighting and flooring to achieve their vision and to be functional for whatever use this beautiful space is destined to become. They trusted me to work with their builders to bring their vision to life and we all love the final product!
