About Elizabeth

β€œDon’t be afraid to break the rules! You don’t have to adhere to a particular style – Layer in pieces you love and the character of your home will shine through.”

Elizabeth Rogers is an Asheville native, Tar Heel, and the Head Designer and Owner at Elizabeth Rogers Design. As a child, Elizabeth loved rearranging her room, dreaming of how she would design her future home or β€œtreasure hunting” at local antique and vintage stores with her mom.

Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina (go Heels!) and a Master’s of Business Administration from Georgia Tech. After years in the corporate world in Atlanta, GA, Elizabeth switched gears to pursue her passion of designing beautiful interiors in her favorite (now not-so-small) town of Asheville.

When she’s not designing, you can find Elizabeth with her husband, two beautiful children and dog hiking the mountains of WNC, visiting breweries with friends, exercising or thrifting for vintage home goods.

The Design Process

Before diving into the nuts and bolts of the project, I love getting to know you, your tastes, your budget, your goals and vision for your space. What’s currently working in your space? What’s not working? What could improve to make the space more functional for your family?

Next, we dive into the details: we take measurements and photographs (who doesn’t love a before and after?) and create detailed layouts of the space as needed. We’ll work with builders and contractors to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Once the architectural components are in place, the magic begins: you and I work together to create a comprehensive design plan that will be our shared vision for the project.

Then it’s time to get shopping! We’ll find the perfect pieces for your home, whether old or new – you can be as hands on or off in sourcing these items as you’d like.

Once all work is complete, I’ll layer in textiles, art and decor to make your home shine.

That’s a wrap! You’ll be proud to share your beautiful home with your family and friends.

  • β€œElizabeth has an eye for detail. She will get to know you and your style and will design your space to reflect the most beautiful parts of you and your home.”

    - Lexy G., Asheville, NC

  • Elizabeth did an excellent job helping me design my home. She understood my style and vision and was able to make conceptual vision a reality. She is very easy to work with and super accommodating.

    Brooke, Asheville, NC

  • She has such a good eye for styling, and color and I love how she can understand what is important to me and what wasn't, and then help me focus my budget and decisions on things that were important.

    Courteney, Asheville, NC

  • Elizabeth did an awesome job turning our house into a home. Updating our layout and aesthetic made us proud to live here.

    John, Asheville, NC

  • I decided to reach out to Elizabeth when I needed help having my home flow from different styles from room to room. After meeting with her I knew she understood my vision and style.
